Garrett Meeker

Garrett is a native Austinite, born and raised in Central Austin.  Prior to Meeker Commercial, he began his commercial real estate career in 2009 at Cushman & Wakefield in Austin.  In 2016 Garrett partnered with a lifelong friend and successful real estate broker to create Cityscape Property Group; a firm with deep Austin roots dedicated to providing exceptional residential and commercial brokerage services. In effort to continue this partnership and highlight his services, Meeker Commercial was born in 2023.

Garrett maintains a diverse clientele and primarily focuses on tenant and buyer representation, but also has extensive experience representing landlords and sellers. His adept knowledge of the Austin market, experience, and business relationships provide unique insight during location searches and transactions. His goal is to always secure the optimal real estate solution for his client.
